Privacy Policy

Pink Bamboo is designed to be private by nature. The app is offline-first: your progress, journal, Passport, and collection are stored locally on your device.

Information we collect

We do not require an account to use Pink Bamboo. If you choose to enter a name or email during onboarding, it is stored on your device to personalise your experience. Subscription purchases are handled securely by the App Store; we never see or store your payment details.

Analytics & third parties

Subscriptions are processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) solely to manage your membership status. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can clear locally stored data at any time by deleting the app. For any privacy request, email support@pinkbamboo.club.

Terms of Use

By using Pink Bamboo you agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The artwork, tile designs, destination worlds, and written content are the property of Pink Bamboo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Pink Bamboo is provided “as is,” for entertainment and learning. We work hard to keep it beautiful and reliable, but we make no warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.

Subscription Information

Pink Bamboo offers a Founding Member subscription with a free trial, then a recurring fee billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
